We want you to get real value from every Wildcodex product. Here is exactly how refunds work.

14-day guarantee

If a product doesn't deliver what it promised, email support@wildcodex.tv within 14 days of purchase with a short note about what fell short, and we'll refund you in full.

What's not refundable

Refunds can't be granted after verified mass-download of a product's files, or for membership periods already consumed. Membership cancellations stop all future billing immediately.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
